Refund & Cancellation Policy

AfroStrategy policy for Premium-access technical failures, duplicate payments, refunds, reversals and institutional arrangements.

Effective date: October 2026. Last reviewed: September 2026.

This Policy applies to paid individual Premium access unless separate institutional terms apply.

Digital access

Premium is a digital access service that may become available shortly after successful payment or activation.

Refund rights may depend on applicable consumer law, whether access has begun, the payment status and the circumstances of the request.

Nothing in this Policy removes mandatory consumer rights that apply under relevant law.

Technical failures

If payment is successfully completed but Premium access is not activated because of a technical error, contact:

access@afrostrategy.org

We will investigate the order and seek to restore the purchased access or provide another appropriate remedy.

Duplicate payments

Verified duplicate charges may be refunded.

Unauthorized transactions

If you believe a transaction was unauthorized, contact AfroStrategy and the relevant payment provider promptly.

Refund requests

A refund request should include:

  • the email associated with the AfroStrategy account;
  • transaction or order reference;
  • purchase date; and
  • reason for the request.

Do not send passwords or full card numbers.

Payment reversal

Where a payment is refunded, reversed, charged back or cancelled, the associated Premium entitlement may be revoked.

Institutional Access

Institutional payments, cancellations, renewals and refunds are governed by the relevant quotation, invoice, agreement or written institutional terms.
